The Vietnamese Emotion Dataset is developed to address the lack of emotion recognition data in Vietnamese. Emotions play a crucial role in human cognition, communication, and AI development. Since most existing datasets are in English, this dataset is created using movies and live shows to capture culturally relevant emotional expressions. It serves as a foundation for research and applications in emotion recognition, human-computer interaction, and AI-driven emotional computing.
